Who are some role models in your life?
Some role models in my life are my parents, for sure, and my brother and sister. They really paved the way for who I am today.
What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
I listen to a lot of gospel music nowadays, but some of my favorite artists are Caleb Gordon and 1K Phew.
What are the strengths of your game?
My strengths are definitely my coverage skills, my speed, and my arm length.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory of my career would be my first playoff win with my team, or this past year when we won our homecoming game.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best player I’ve played with would be Marquis Jamison, who plays for UNC now. He taught me a lot and showed me what a true DB is.
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
My advice would be to keep pushing no matter what and stay focused. There are a lot of distractions, but you have to stay disciplined.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would love to go to Bora Bora.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I was about 10 years old when I really fell in love with the game. I would go to the hill to run or the field to get work in. I used to always run around the house acting like I was playing, but 10 is when I truly started working for it.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I would love to meet Russell Westbrook. I’ve always loved him, and being a Seahawks kid, it would be a blessing to meet him.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports moment would be when the Seahawks won their first Super Bowl in 2013. I remember being so excited to watch it and brag to my friends and family.
