Brayden Booth is a 4 Star recruit who plays Defensive End at South San Antonio High School. Booth is ranked as the 204th best recruit in the nation and is ranked as a top 20 Defensive End in the nation as well. In addition, Booth is listed as a top 40 recruit in the state of Texas and is listed as the #2 Defensive End in the state of Texas. He is committed to play at UNC.

Who are some role models in your life?
I think the biggest role model in my life is my dad. He pushes me and challenges me to be my greatest in whatever I pursue.

What artists do you listen to pregame to get you hyped up?
I listen to either rock and roll or R&B, depending on if I want to be fired up or calm and collected.

What are the strengths of your game?
My strengths are my motor, tenacity, and speed.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory is when I got my first sack my freshman year.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best player I played against was probably Tyson Dean, but at a camp I 1v1’d against Cooper Hackett, who’s committed to Oklahoma.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Stay hungry and prioritize stretching and recovery.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Somewhere far from society, like the Amazon rainforest.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I was 14 or 15 years old when I fell in love with football.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I’d meet Muhammad Ali.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports moment was Indiana winning the natty. I grew up in Indiana, and my mom went to IU, so it meant a lot to me.
