Who are some role models in your life?
My role models in life are definitely my parents, but especially my brother. He played in the NFL for a bit, so that’s my goal.
What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
Pregame I’ll listen to YoungBoy, Loe Shimmy, Lil Baby, Drake, etc.
What are the strengths of your game?
My IQ, my versatility, and my will to win.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite moment in my playing career so far was my freshman year when we beat Millbrook High School. They were coming off a state championship run, and we had just come off a 1–9 season.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best offensive player I’ve played with in high school is probably Tayden McPhatter. Back in little league, I played with Gavin Waddell, Amir Brown, Davis Brown, and more.
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Keep your grades up. Stay grounded, trust in the Lord, and allow those around you to help take advantage of opportunities when schools come through.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I’m traveling to Europe before I go to college, so that’s probably it.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I fell in love with football at 5 or 6 years old during Pop Warner football.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I would choose to meet Ray Lewis. The videos you see online of his motivational speeches are awesome, so I’d love to get that personal experience.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite moment as a sports fan was probably the Milwaukee Bucks winning the NBA Finals a few years ago.
