Brayden Arnold is a 4 Star recruit who is an Athlete at Duncanville High School. Arnold is ranked as the 359th best recruit in the class of 2028 and is ranked as a top 25 Athlete in the class as well. In addition, Arnold is listed as a top 50 recruit in the state of Texas and is listed as the #3 Athlete in the state of Texas. He holds offers from schools such as USC, Penn State and Oregon.

Who are some role models in your life?
One role model in my life is God. I love reading my Bible, and His Word teaches me so many more things than my dad, mom, or peers can, like staying humble and patient and not getting riled up by anger, so things like that.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
I like rap and gospel songs, but I listen to a lot of R&B songs before games. People like Sam Cooke, Lauryn Hill, and Bryson Tiller.

What are the strengths of your game?
Some strengths of my game, to me, are that you can’t limit me to one thing. I’m everywhere, and I’m good at every one of them, so you’ll have to stop me on either side of the ball. I feel like when I’m on defense, you’ll have to keep the ball on the ground, and when I’m on offense, you’ll have to catch me.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
One of my favorite memories of my career so far is my freshman year playoff game against Rockwall when I got an interception against a 6’4″ WR as a little freshman, so that was pretty cool.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best player I’ve ever played with is, without a doubt, Dakorien Moore. It was so hard trying to guard him at practice. With anyone, he gave full effort on everything he did, and it was just nearly impossible to keep up.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Some advice I would give to an aspiring athlete is to keep your head down and keep working. Love being uncomfortable. That’s how you’ll get comfortable.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would want to travel to Egypt because I love history, and anthropology is what I want to major in, and Egypt is so historical. I would love to see it.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I fell in love with football at 5. I became good at it at a young age, and I watched Ohio State my whole life and fell in love with them, and still today that is my dream college.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
If I could meet one sports hero, I would want to meet LeBron James. That’s the GOAT. I just want one conversation with him.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports moment is the Olympics. I like seeing everyone from different nations compete for a spot to be considered the best to ever do it.
