Jeremiah Stonewall is a 3 Star recruit who plays Running Back at Crete-Monee High School. Stonewall is ranked among one of the top recruits in the nation and is ranked as a top 90 Running Back in the nation as well. In addition, Stonewall is listed as a top 40 recruit in the state of Illinois and is listed as the #3 Running Back in the state of Illinois. He holds offers from schools such as Ole Miss, Kansas State and Missouri.

Denzel Washington, Alvin Kamara, and Jordan Peterson.

What artists do you listen to pregame to get you hyped up?
DMX, or whatever is playing on the speakers. I can groove to just about anything.

What are the strengths of your game?
I’m still new to football, so I’m not close to reaching my full potential. My body is still fresh, I’m fast on my feet, I’m a versatile running back, I’m hard to handle in space, and I’m very competitive. I also love being coached and constantly improving.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
Definitely every game. Each one is a great memory for me. I love the game of football and what it’s done for my life.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
I really like Mack Sutter. Kyren Edmond is another really good player.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Control only what you can control and focus on what needs your attention. Keep a healthy mindset, make sure the people around you are good influences, and always be a gentleman. There’s a quote I live by: “Let your smile change the world, but don’t let the world change your smile.”

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would definitely go to Greece.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I fell in love with the game in 7th grade.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
Michael Jordan.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
Ray Allen’s shot in Game 6 of the NBA Finals against the Spurs.
