Who are some role models in your life?
My mom is definitely my biggest role model. She keeps me focused on my goals and is always there when I need her. I know I can talk to her about anything, and she’s a huge reason why I stay on track.
What artists do you listen to pregame to get hyped up?
Before games, I usually listen to Babyface and NBA YoungBoy. Their music helps me lock in and get in the right mindset.
What are the strengths of your game?
My speed is what sets me apart. I’m great at creating separation and getting open—those are the tools I use to make big plays.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
Getting my first offer this past January was unforgettable. It made all the grind and sacrifice feel worth it.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or against in your career?
I went up against Corey Lavender Jr. at the Battle tournament in Miami this past January. He was covering me at DB, and it was a great test of my skills.
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Never give up. I had teachers in junior high who told me I wouldn’t make it. There were times I doubted myself, but you have to keep pushing and always believe in your vision—even when others don’t.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Bora Bora. It looks peaceful and beautiful—somewhere I’d love to go and relax.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I fell in love with football at 4 years old and haven’t stopped playing since.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I’d want to meet Jeremiah Smith. I think he’s the best receiver in the country, and I really look up to him at my position.
What is your favorite sports moment as a fan?
Watching Ryan Williams compete as a 17-year-old freshman in college.
