Gillespie is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2026 and is ranked among one of the top Defensive Tackles in the class as well. In addition, Gillespie is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of North Carolina and is listed among one of the top Defensive Tackles in the state of North Carolina. He currently holds an offer from Florida Memorial.
