Growing up, were you inspired by any NBA Players?

Absolutely, LeBron James inspires me through several aspects. I admire how he takes care of himself, family, and friends. I admire how he approaches certain social issues. I want to model how he is a leader on and off the court, and how he is not only a great player but he has a great business acumen.

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

I recently started listening to a lot of Baby drill before games or workouts, but I also listen to more main stream artists such as Lil Baby, Meek Mill, King Von, and Lil Durk.

What is your offseason training like?

I rarely identify an offseason because I’m either playing school ball or AAU, but on days I’m not playing, I’m in the gym with my trainers to work on specific things that they specialize in.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

I would say my first in game two hand dunk in my 8th grade semi finals game against Westminster.

What was your reaction to getting your first offer?

Getting my first offer before high school has always been a goal of mine so when it really happened I was ecstatic. It felt like there was a weight lifted off my shoulders, but I knew that only means I have to go harder.

What is your favorite food?

My favorite food is Grilled Chicken and my mom’s Mac and cheese.

When did you realize you were talented at basketball?

I’ve always loved playing basketball for fun, but I started to take it more seriously when coaches from different places started asking me to travel with them to play with their team.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

I would say Muhammad Ali because I liked how he had fun expressing his confidence and how he had a social conscience.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

It would be when I stayed home one Thanksgiving at the age of 10 to watch Holiday Hoopsgiving when Colin Sexton of Pebblebrooke and Trevon Duvall of IMG faced-off. At the time they were the number one and two point guards in the country so it was a more than sold out crowd. There were so many people there that the fire department had to come. Throughout the game Colin and Trevon were going back and forth at each other trading buckets. This game boosted my love for the game.
