Weatherford Christian’s Star Freshman Receiver: Brodie Clark

Brodie Clark is a 2026 recruit who plays Wide Receiver at Weatherford Christian. Clark is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2026 and is ranked among one of the top Wide Receivers in the class as well. In addition, Clark is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Texas and is listed among one of the top Wide Receivers in the state of Texas.

Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?

Josh Doctson, he’s the same type of player as me, and hopefully I can be where he is one day.

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

I have a main song I listen to that gets me hyped up, it’s “Lil Baby- Humble” . I also listen to a little bit of Q Da Fool as well.

What is your offseason training like?

My dad and I usually go to the field 3 times a week and go through drills and usually run routes towards the end. I have school workouts in the morning as well.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

The time our 7v7 team won a championship, and I got MVP of that game.

What is your favorite food?

My favorite type of food is Mexican food. I’ve always been eating it since I was younger, and I used to want to eat bean burritos for breakfast.

When did you realize you were talented at football?

The time I scored my first touchdown in middle school football

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

Jakeem Grant, he’s one of the fastest and shortest Wide Receivers in the NFL, and is capable of doing it at 5’6.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

My favorite sports moment as a fan, was when TCU was playing Texas Tech, and Aaron Green caught the game winning touchdown to beat Tech.
