Who are some role models in your life?

My biggest role models have been my AAU coaches and my parents. Especially my mom, she was my first coach and put a ball in my hands. She also played the game and she always motivates me no matter what.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

I listen to a lot of NBA YoungBoy. His music always gets me hyped and locked in before a game.

What are the strengths of your game?

I would say my strengths that most coaches notice about me are that I run the floor. I am a quick big. Not many players at 6’5 are as fast as me and stride using their length to stretch the floor. I also can shoot. I have a nice 3 point shot which makes it difficult for a lot of other bigs who are slower than me to guard me on the perimeter.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

So far my favorite career memory is definitely winning the Nike National Championship with my team. We all worked so hard throughout the season to get there. We definitely deserved that win as not just individual players but as a team and a program.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

I think the best player I have ever played with is my teammate Ava Mckennie. She’s very athletic and also long. She’s a tough, aggressive player. She can shoot and also has post play. Most of all she’s an amazing teammate and always picks us up when we hit a low.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

Some advice I would give is to always grind and never compare yourself. There is always someone out there in the gym trying to better themselves. You always have to do the little things and that is what will make you better in the long run. Don’t ever compare yourself to other players because your personal growth is you. I never worry about rankings, I just focus on doing well and being better than yesterday. I don’t like looking at all the politics of the game because most of it ends up to be false and just for the cameras.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I would definitely travel to Bora Bora. It’s so beautiful there and has been my dream vacation since I was little.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

I was about 6 years old when I picked up a ball and started loving it.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

Definitely Michael Jordan. He’s the all time G.O.A.T. with an unmatched work ethic and he’s also a great person.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

As a fan, my favorite sports moment was watching Stanford win the 2021 National Championship. I am a huge fan of Cameron Brink.
