Timpview’s Next Star Quarterback: Dennis Tua’one

Dennis Tua’one is a 2028 recruit who plays Quarterback at Timpview High School. Tua’one is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2028 and is ranked among one of the top Quarterbacks in the class as well. In addition, Tua’one is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Utah and is listed among one of the top Quarterbacks in the state of Utah. He currently holds an offer from BYU.

Who are some role models in your life?

Some of the role models in my life are my older brother and my cousin.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

Either Rod Wave or my island playlist

What are the strengths of your game?

My route running and ability to get off a press

What is your favorite memory of your career?

My favorite memory would be winning the Red Zone Tournament to go to Nationals.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

Pokai Haunga, Tei Nacua or Viliata Tuaone

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

If it’s really your dream to go D1 and pro, then you need to work for it.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Either Tonga or Paris. I say Tonga, because most of my family is from there. Paris, because I want to see the Eiffel Tower.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

When I was 5 or 6 years old playing flag football for the Deland Bulldogs

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

Marcus Mariota or Troy Polamalu

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

My favorite moments are watching my brother play high school football and watching my sister win the state championship in volleyball.
