Who are some role models in your life?
My parents, my brother, my Uncle Walt, and my Pop Pop. They’ve all shaped me in different ways and continue to influence the way I carry myself on and off the field.
What artists do you listen to pregame to get hyped up?
Gunna is my go-to. His music gets me in the right mindset to compete.
What are the strengths of your game?
I move really well for my size. I pride myself on gaining yards after contact and being extremely coachable—whatever my team needs, I’m ready to step up.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
When I was little, I was having a great flag football game with a few touchdowns already. Late in the game, I broke loose again, but instead of scoring, I stepped out at the one-yard line. I wanted to give another teammate the chance to get in the end zone. That moment meant a lot to me—football has always been bigger than just stats.
Who is the best player you’ve ever played with or against?
Will Black. He’s the real deal—high-level talent.
What advice would you give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Don’t lock yourself into just one sport. Keep your options open. I didn’t start playing football until this year, and it’s already opened up incredible opportunities. You never know what path might take you to the next level.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Greenland. It’s been a dream of mine to see the Northern Lights.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I’ve always loved watching football, but this year was my first time actually playing. That experience made me fall in love with the game on a whole new level.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
JJ Watt. He’s the kind of player and leader I look up to—tough, relentless, and a true difference-maker on and off the field.
What is your favorite sports moment as a fan?
The eight times the Bears have beaten the Packers in my life.
