Greydon Howell is a 3 Star recruit who plays Quarterback at Broken Bow High School. Howell is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked as a top 25 Quarterback in the class as well. In addition, Howell is listed as a top 10 recruit in the state of Oklahoma and is listed as the #1 Quarterback in the state of Oklahoma. He holds offers from schools such as Auburn, Oklahoma State and Miami.

Who are some role models in your life?
My parents are definitely role models to me. They always do everything they can to help me and keep me on the right path.

What artists do you listen to pregame to get hyped up?
I listen to a bunch of different artists, but the main one I always have on before a game is Jeezy. He gets me locked in.

What are the strengths of your game?
My biggest strengths are my arm strength and my elusiveness. Arm strength helps me make late reads and still deliver the ball with power, and my ability to escape pressure keeps plays alive.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
Honestly, some of my favorite memories are from the locker room. There’s always something going on—it’s where a lot of the fun and bonding happens.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or against?
That would be Matrail Lopez. He’s a wide receiver going to Oklahoma State, and he makes a play just about every time he touches the ball.

What advice would you give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Be patient and trust God. Everyone’s journey is different—don’t compare yourself to others.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I’d want to see one of the original Seven Wonders of the World.

How old were you when you fell in love with football?
I fell in love with the game a long time ago just watching our high school team play. That’s when I knew it was for me.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I’d want to meet Russell Westbrook. He’s my favorite basketball player of all time, and I’d love to talk to him about his mindset.

What is your favorite sports moment as a fan?
Watching the Patriots’ comeback win over the Falcons in the Super Bowl.
