Perez is ranked as the 423rd best recruit in the class of 2027 and is ranked as a top 25 Interior Offensive Lineman in the class as well. In addition, Perez is listed as the #4 recruit in the state of Kentucky and is listed as the #1 Interior Offensive Lineman in the state of Kentucky. He holds offers from schools such as Penn State, Kentucky and Western Kentucky.

Who are some role models in your life?
My mom and dad are my biggest role models. They’ve always been there for me with their support and guidance, no matter what.

What artists do you listen to pregame to get you hyped up?
Frankie Ruiz. He’s a Puerto Rican artist whose music gets me locked in and ready to go.

What are the strengths of your game?
My footwork and my finesse with my hands. Those two things allow me to stay ahead of my competition and make plays.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
Making the Under Armour All-American Game and getting my first Power 5 offer from Penn State. Those moments were surreal and something I’ll never forget.

Who is the best player you’ve ever played with or against?
The toughest player I’ve gone up against is Madden Iamaleava. He brought the best out of me.

What advice would you give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t make it. If you believe in yourself and put in the work, anything is possible.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Japan. I’ve always been fascinated by the culture and would love to experience it firsthand.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I was six years old when I first fell in love with football. I knew from the start it was something special.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
LeBron James. He’s someone I’ve always looked up to—on and off the court.

What is your favorite sports moment as a fan?
Watching the Eagles take down the Patriots in the Super Bowl.
