Who are some role models in your life?
My parents have always been my biggest role models. Their work ethic and discipline taught me how to carry myself both on and off the field.
What artists do you listen to pregame to get hyped up?
Before games, I lock in with artists like Meek Mill, Lil Durk, and G Herbo. Anything with energy that gets me focused and fired up.
What are the strengths of your game?
My biggest strengths are my intensity, my ability to read and study the game, and my leadership. I’m always trying to outwork everyone on the court or field.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
One of my favorite memories was getting the chance to play in the Freshman All-American Game in Naples, Florida, where the best of the best come to compete and have fun.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or against in your career?
I’ve gone up against some serious talent, but Nolan James stood out the most.
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Stay consistent. Talent gets you noticed, but consistency earns trust. Handle your business in the classroom, stay coachable, and remember—every rep counts.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I’d love to visit Japan—the culture, the food, and I’ve just heard a lot of great things about it.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I was around 6 or 7 when I really fell in love with it. I remember staying outside until the sun went down.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I’d love to meet Harold Perkins—not just because of what he’s done on the field, but also how he’s handled the pressure.
What is your favorite sports moment as a fan?
It would definitely have to be Dez Bryant’s catch against the Green Bay Packers. That moment created a lot of controversy, and it’s still talked about today.
