Who are some role models in your life?
Some role models in my life would definitely be my mom. I try to take as many traits from her as I possibly can. She gets up every day, works hard, and makes no excuses.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
An artist I really love to listen to on game day is Jhené Aiko—it helps settle my mind. But right before kickoff, I’ll turn on some G Herbo to get pumped.

What are the strengths of your game?
The strengths in my game are my feel for the game, my recognition, and my hustle—never giving up on a play.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory so far is winning state with my brothers. Going through a 14-week season and seeing all the pain, blood, and sweat be worth it was unforgettable.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or against?
The best player I’ve played with would be Jack Elliot. He doesn’t care about his size—he just competes day in and day out. The best I’ve played against is Jack Moran from Hun School in New Jersey.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Do whatever it takes to be what you want in the future. If that means transferring, cutting off distractions, or distancing yourself from people who aren’t pushing you to be your best—then do it. Put your head down and go work.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I definitely want to travel to Italy or Brazil someday.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I started playing football when I was 4, and I’ve loved it ever since I made my first tackle.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I’d love to meet Luke Kuechly and learn more about his mindset and time in the league.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports moment as a fan was watching the Eastern Carolina goal-line stand against NC State. That one got me fired up.
