Some role models in my life are my dad, my mom, my big brother, and my DB coach.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
Pregame, I have to go with NBA Youngboy, Lil Baby, and Lil Durk.

What are the strengths of your game?
I would say my strengths are my length and patience. My long arms help me jam receivers and break up passes, and my patience helps me read the different routes receivers might run.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory was getting my first interception freshman year during the first round of the Division 3 playoffs against Notre Dame. On the second play of the game, I read a 5-yard out, jumped the route, and picked it off.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best player I ever played with was my running back last year, Brice Hawkins.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
My advice is to trust the process and keep working. Even if you feel like you aren’t being seen, keep your head down and work hard — it will come.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would travel to Japan. I really like the fashion there.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I fell in love with the game in 5th grade. I started out as a QB and even then I knew I was going to go far.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
If I could meet one sports hero, it would be Sean Taylor.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports moment was Odell Beckham Jr.’s one-handed catch. As a kid, that catch changed how everyone played football at lunch and recess, and to this day it’s still my favorite.
