Nick Reddish is a 3 Star recruit who plays Safety at Independence High School. Reddish is ranked as the 450th best recruit in the class of 2026 and is ranked as a top 40 Safety in the class as well. In addition, Reddish is listed as a top 25 recruit in the state of North Carolina and is listed as the #1 Safety in the state of North Carolina. His top 10 schools are Notre Dame, USC, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Missouri, Wisconsin, Wake Forest, Indiana, Virginia Tech and Duke.

Who are some role models in your life?

My family members are definitely my biggest role models because they push me to get better everyday.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

NBA YoungBoy and VonOff1700 for sure.

What are the strengths of your game?

I think my biggest strengths are my instincts and how I don’t really second guess myself.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

Probably beating Butler in the 4th round of the playoffs after we lost in the regular season.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

The best player I’ve played with is my brother Q Reddish and the best player l’ve played against is Jack Larson from Charlotte Catholic.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

Don’t worry about rankings and just keep grinding.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I want to visit California for sure.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

I was around 10 years old when I started to really understand the game and have fun.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

If I could meet any sports hero l would want to talk to Deion Sanders.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

When the Panthers went to the Super Bowl in 2015.
