The Newest Addition To The Yale Defense: Dom Zepherin

Dom Zepherin was born in, Lafayette, Louisiana and plays Cornerback at St Thomas More High School. Zepherin is ranked as a Top 20 Defensive Back in the state of Louisiana. He is committed to play at Yale next fall.

What high school is your biggest rival?

Teurlings Catholic

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

I do not really have a specific song, but I listen to Lil Baby and Polo G.

What is your offseason training like?

During the offseason I train at a facility in Baton Rouge called Traction that is owned by Ryan Clark.

What is your favorite memory of your high school career?

Favorite memory is when I had three interceptions against Teurlings.

What parts of your high school game, do you hope to transition to the college level?

In college I want to keep the same aggression that I have now.

What made Yale stand out from other schools?

Yale stood out to me the most because of the relationships I have with the coaches and other commits.

What do you want to accomplish on and off the field during your time at Yale?

On the field I want to win a ring every season and make it to the league. Off the field I want to earn my degree but I am not sure what I want to study yet.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

Odell Beckham Jr

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

My favorite sports moment as a fan is when LSU won the natty this past year.
