The Midland Park Star Power Forward: David Luberoff

David Luberoff is a 2022 recruit who plays Power Forward at Midland High School. Luberoff is ranked among one of the Top recruits in the nation and is ranked among one of the Top Power Forwards in the nation as well. In addition, Luberoff is listed among one of the Top recruits in the state of New Jersey and is listed among one of the Top Power Forwards in the state of New Jersey. He currently holds offers from Siena and UPENN.

Growing up, were you inspired by any NBA Players?

Kevin Durant for sure. I try to play my game like his.

What high school is your biggest rival?

Biggest rival is Waldwick high school. It´s the town next over, always an exciting game.

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

Lots of Meek Mill. Blue notes 2 especially

What is your offseason training like?

Offseason training is a lot of skill work and weight lifting.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

Favorite memory is going to the jamboree with my school for the first time in 17 years.

What is your favorite food?

Vodka Chicken Parm

When did you realize you were talented at basketball?

In middle school when I started growing taller then everyone else and was still coordinated.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

Kobe Bryant. I would like to learn from his experiences and wisdom.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

Going to the Prudential Center with my team and watching a day of college basketball.
