Ja’Myron Baker is a 2026 recruit who plays Wide Receiver at Los Alamitos High School. In addition, Baker is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of California and is listed among one of the top Wide Receivers in the state of California. He currently holds offers from USC and Louisville.
Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?
Yes, growing up I was inspired by NFL players such as “Tavon Austin”, “Prime Time”, “Megatron”, “OBJ”, and currently Jalen Ramsey.
What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
Songs I listen to pregame to get me hype are Bad morning by NBA YoungBoy, Bookbag 2.0 by Polo G, and Grace by Lil Baby.
What is your offseason training like?
Offseason training for me consists of strength and condition training at Top Notch Training in San Dimas, speed training with Rick Carrigan atCchitick field, along with film study and Receiver training.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory of my career is probably a touchdown pass I threw at Pop Warner Nationals in 2019.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best player I’ve ever played against is definitely AJ Marks from Michigan, and the best I’ve played with is between Boogie Williams and Jerod Terry.
What was your reaction to getting your first offer?
When I got my first offer, I was completely shocked.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is Fried Chicken.
When did you realize you were talented at football?
I realized I was talented at football in about 3rd grade.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
Hands down, LeBron James
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports moment as a fan is when D Rose dunked on Goran Dragic in 2010, or when OBJ had his one handed catch.
