The Hun School’s Star Center: Brian Ingram

Brian Ingram is a 2023 recruit who plays Center at The Hun School of Princeton. Ingram is ranked among one of the top recruits in the nation and is ranked among one of the top Centers in the nation as well. In addition, Ingram is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of New Jersey and is listed among one of the top Centers in the state of New Jersey. He currently holds offers from Grinnell and Carnegie Mellon.

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

I don’t have specific song that I listen to pregame. It’s a lot of Lil Uzi and MF DOOM. My favorite songs are Dark queen and Doomsday.

What is your offseason training like?

The winter is all strength training, working out 5-6 days a week. The spring is track season, so I am running and throwing there. Still lifting but starting to work more cardio and agility in to it. The summer is lifting 4 days a week, working to keep strength not put on. Working a lot of agility and cardio in to get season ready.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

My favorite memory has to be the night game we had against Blair this year. It was the only night game we had and we had about 3,000 people there. Biggest turn out in Hun history. Then we proceeded to blow them out. I had a great game as well.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

I don’t have a name but the Suffield O-line was the best I’ve played against this past year. They worked very well together and I had a rough time against them.

What was your reaction to getting your first offer?

The first offer is such a relief. You finally see that all your hard work finally paid off. I was on top of the world when I got mine. I was smiling for the next day.

What is your favorite food?

My favorite food is Bagels.

When did you realize you were talented at football?

7th grade is when I started playing. I was so much bigger than everyone else. I didn’t know if I was good or just big, but as I started playing harder opponents I knew I could make something of it.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

Bill Belichick. I would love to know how he thinks.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

The Eagles winning the Super Bowl.
