What are the strengths of your game?

The strengths of my game are my expansive skill set. My ability to move with power, speed, and control at my size. I can play very physical, but also play with finesse in situations where I see fit. I can hit hard and run fast, and bring it all to a delicate stop within my 6’3 200 pound frame.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

My favorite memory of my career is stepping out onto the field for the first time as an essential part of my team. Lipscomb Academy vs. Pearl Comb. Nice way to kickoff a season.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

Kaleb Beasley, Edwin Spillman, Nate Spillman, Maurice Sherrill, and Boo Carter. I’ve played with and against a multitude of great players. Can’t really say one is the best, all tough players in their own regard.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

Focus on yours. It’s overstated and cliche, but your journey is unique to you. Do not be discouraged by what you see on social media with other big players. Get your head down and work, and your time will come. To be extraordinary, you must do extraordinary. Also, understand that all players, regardless of rankings or stars, have to step out onto that field and play. What’s shown out there is all that matters when it comes time.

Japan for sure

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

8 years old

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

Probably Lebron. He knows how to win and I reckon there’s a lot to learn, even being in a different sport.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

LSU’s 2019 National Championship win. Still remember that night. Pretty cool given my dad is from Louisiana and we grew up LSU fans.
