What artists do you listen to pregame to get you hyped up?
The artists I listen to before games are all over the place. I mix in rap, singing, and even some country—it really depends on who I’m playing and the vibe I need to get in.
What are the strengths of your game?
One of my biggest strengths is leadership. I work to elevate not just myself, but my teammates too. On the field, my versatility stands out—I’m able to contribute in multiple ways and adapt to whatever is needed.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory from high school would either be my first interception or my first touchdown. Both were special moments and big milestones in my journey.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or against in your career?
The best players I’ve played with are Dimari Malone and Jalen Whittaker. As a freshman, they showed me what it meant to work hard and lead by example—I’ve been trying to follow in their footsteps ever since.
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Work hard, have confidence, and trust in God. Stay consistent and believe in your path, no matter what it looks like.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I’d love to visit Bora Bora. The scenery looks unreal, and it just seems like a peaceful place to recharge.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I started playing at age 4, and even before that, football was in my life—my dad played. I’ve loved the game for as long as I can remember.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I’d love to meet Odell Beckham Jr. or Deion Sanders. They’ve both influenced how I play and how I approach the game.
What is your favorite sports moment as a fan?
Watching the Lions have back-to-back winning seasons these last two years. It’s been exciting to see that team turn things around.
