Jackson Parker is a 4 Star recruit who plays Safety at Garces Memorial High School. Parker is ranked as the 106th best recruit in the class of 2028 and is ranked as a top 10 Safety in the class as well. In addition, Parker is listed as a top 10 recruit in the state of California and is listed as the #2 Safety in the state of California. He holds offers from schools such as Michigan, Penn State and Ole Miss.

Who are some role models in your life?
My role model is my mom because she was there for me and my sister when times got hard.

What artists do you listen to pregame to get you hyped up?
Pregame, I usually cycle between YoungBoy, Ella Mai, and gospel music because sometimes I like having a clear head instead of being super hyped.

What are the strengths of your game?
My strengths are how quickly I can bounce back after a mistake and how physical I am in the run game.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory was upsetting Lawrence Free State in a two-day game because of the rain on the first day. Coming back and beating them was special.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best player I have played against was either Trea Hayes, a WR at Olathe South, or Syre Padilla, a RB at Gardner Edgerton. Both gave me and my team a hard time.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
The best advice I could give to an aspiring athlete is to have fun and remember that everyone has a different path.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would have to say either Japan or the Bahamas because they would be great places to get away and relax.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I would say I fell in love with football when I was probably 13 or 14 because I had so much fun playing with my friends in middle school, so I started taking it seriously.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
If I could meet one sports hero, it would probably be LeBron James.

What is your favorite sports moment as a fan?
As a fan, my favorite moment was the Super Bowl LVIII walk-off touchdown in overtime by the Kansas City Chiefs against the San Francisco 49ers. It was amazing to see the Chiefs win!
