CJ Dippre is a 3 Star recruit who plays Tight End at Lakeland High School. Dippre is ranked as a Top 50 Tight End in the nation and is a Top 20 recruit in the state of Pennsylvania. In addition, Dippre is listed as the #1 Tight End in the state as well. CJ Dippre is committed to play at Maryland next fall.

Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?

Yes, I would have to say Walter Payton, Ray Lewis and Drew Brees were the top guys I looked up to.

What high school is your biggest rival?

Dunmore High School

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

Anything by Pop Smoke or Chief Keef

What is your offseason training like?

Always lifting and doing different lifts to better your entire body not just the main 3 squat bench and deadlift.

What is your favorite memory of your high school career?

Playoff game my sophomore year we called it the mud bowl against lake Lehman.

What parts of your high school game, do you hope to transition to the college level?

My competitive nature

What made Maryland stand out from other schools?

Definitely the coach Mike Miller and strength coach Ryan Davis. Two great guys and I’ll be spending most of my time with them. Also the new facilities.

.What do you want to accomplish on and off the field during your time at Maryland?

Play early and earn to play early. Off the field would be stay with above average grades.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

 Vince Lombardi

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

Steelers vs Ravens Christmas game I believe 2018 when AB reached for the TD. I was also at that game so maybe that’s why.
