My biggest role model thus far has been my big brother, Kylin James, former running back for UNLV.
What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
Pregame, I like to listen to Lil Poppa.
What are the strengths of your game?
I think my biggest strength is being a well-rounded, all-around back. I can pass block, catch out of the backfield, I have the size to run between the tackles, and I have the speed to get outside.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
It has to be when I was playing peewee football, and I caught a five-yard pass and stiff-armed about four people to score a 60-yard touchdown.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
Chaysen Gordon.
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
The best advice I can give is to never take days off because when you’re not working, someone else is.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Dubai.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I’m not sure of the exact age, but it was definitely before I started playing football. Watching my brothers on Friday nights played a huge part in me falling in love with the game.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
Derrick Henry.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
I have to say back in 2024, watching the UCA Bears come back from a 20+ point deficit in the 4th quarter to win the game.
