Kemon Spell is a 5 Star recruit who plays Running Back at McKeesport High School. Spell is ranked as the 9th best recruit in the class of 2027 and is ranked as the #1 Running Back in the class as well. In addition, Spell is listed as the #1 recruit in the state of Pennsylvania. He is committed to play at Penn State.
