In addition, Starzyk is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Texas and is listed as the #1 Kicker in the state of Texas. He holds offers from schools such as Oklahoma, Texas A&M and Mississippi State.

Who are some role models in your life?

My parents and my boy Fabi who was our kicker years back, he’s like an older brother to me.

What are the strengths of your game?

My consistency, leg speed, and the fact that when the game is on the line I want it to be in my hands.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

Receiving my first offer, it felt like all the hard work was finally being noticed.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

The best player l’ve ever played against is Colin Simmons, the guy is a freak and I’ve watched him tear through O-Lines like it’s nothing.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

If you don’t believe in yourself, it’s going to be harder for others to believe in you.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Hawaii, it was my grandparents favorite spot and I’ve only visited as a child.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

It was 8th grade when I really decided to go all in with football.
