Justice Carlton is a 5 Star recruit who plays Forward at Seven Lakes High School. Carlton is ranked as the 21st best recruit in the class of 2024 and is ranked as the #5 Forward in the class as well. In addition, Carlton is listed as the #2 recruit in the state of Texas and is listed as the #1 Forward in the state of Texas. She recently released her top 20 schools which include the likes of, UConn, South Carolina, and Stanford.
Who are some role models in your life?
My role model and biggest supporter in my life is my mom.
What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
J. Cole is my go to artist for pregame music, 4 your eyez only is my favorite song to listen to pregame.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory by far this season was winning Nike Nationals with a great group of girls. We created memories that will last forever.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Some advice I would give to an aspiring D1 athlete is to be the best team player. Everyone wants to be a star and have the ball in their hands majority of the time, but not everyone knows how to play with different groups of people and work together and win as a team
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would go to Egypt.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I didn’t start really playing basketball until the 7th grade. I didn’t start playing because I loved it, I played because my parents did. The love for the game didn’t start growing until the beginning of my 9th grade year.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
One sports hero I would love to meet would be Kobe Bryant. I loved what he did for the women’s game and how he was trying to grow the girls’ sports in general for young females, aspiring athletes, and his daughters.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports moment was in 2021 when Giannis went for 50 and the Bucks won the NBA title.
