In addition, Savaiinaea is listed as a top 10 recruit in the state of Hawaii and is listed as the #1 Defensive End in the state of Hawaii. Julian Savaiinaea is committed to play at Arizona next fall.

Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?

I looked up to many players like JJ Watt, Rob Gronkowski, and Aaron Donald to name a few.

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

I listen to a variety of songs falling in the categories of Hip Hop, R&B, and Samoan music.

What is your offseason training like?

We work on speed, strength, footwork, and agility in training.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

Winning the ILH Football Championship

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

The best player I’ve lined up against was my brother Jonah Savaiinaea.

What was your reaction to getting your first offer?

I felt excited and humbled when I received the opportunity to play football at the next level.
