Who are some role models in your life?
Definitely my mom and LeBron James. I strive to be a man like LeBron when I’m older—someone who leads, gives back, and sets the standard. And I admire how hardworking and selfless my mom is. She’s my rock.
What artists do you listen to pregame to get you hyped up?
It depends on my mood. Sometimes I’m vibing with Brent Faiyaz and that smooth R&B sound. Other times, I’m locked in with Nardo Wick to bring the energy.
What are the strengths of your game?
My speed, physicality, ball skills, and football IQ. I feel like I have a strong understanding of the game and how to make an impact from anywhere on the field.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My catch in the WPIAL Championship game. That moment, and the whole game really, was unforgettable. It’s something I’ll always carry with me.
Who is the best player you’ve ever played with or against?
The best player I’ve played against is Khiryn Boyd. As for teammates, Ryan Palmieri—even though we didn’t get to play together much—was a beast.
What’s some advice you’d give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Never give up, and control what you can control. A year ago, I had zero offers and barely any varsity tape. Now I have 23. Just keep pushing and trust God’s timing. He always has a plan.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Paris. I’ve been there before, but next time, I want to go with my wife. That’s a dream of mine.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
Honestly, I’ve loved football since I was born. My dad played in the NFL, so I was raised around the game. I had to beg my parents to let me play, and they finally said yes in 4th grade. I haven’t looked back since.
