I look up to Prime Cam Newton. The confidence, the leadership, the way he changed the game—I’ve always admired that.
What artists do you listen to pregame to get you hyped up?
NBA YoungBoy and RealBleeda. They get me in the zone and ready to go to war.
What are the strengths of your game?
I make plays—especially the ones that aren’t supposed to be made. Whether it’s improvising or taking something broken and turning it into a touchdown, that’s where I thrive.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
Running a 99-yard touchdown. That’s one of those moments you never forget—those don’t happen every day.
Who is the best player you’ve ever played with or against?
The best I’ve played with is Javion White—he’s a true freshman at Tulane now and a baller. The best I’ve played against is Trey Holly. That dude is legit.
What advice would you give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Keep going. It’s going to get tough, and that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be. If it were easy, everyone would be playing Power 5 football. Don’t let anybody tell you what you can’t do.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Bora Bora. The views, the peace—I’d love to see it one day.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I was 6. I started out with baseball and basketball since my town didn’t have youth football. But once I picked up a football, I fell in love instantly.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
Michael Jordan. He’s a legend—on and off the court. I’d love to learn from his mindset.
What is your favorite sports moment as a fan?
I’m a Cowboys fan, so anytime Dallas beats New Orleans
