John Forster is a 2025 recruit who plays Running Back at St Joseph Regional High School. Forster is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2025 and is ranked among one of the top Running Backs in the class as well. In addition, Forster is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of New Jersey and is listed among one of the top Running Backs in the state of New Jersey. His top offers are, Penn State, Pitt, and Rutgers.
Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?
Growing up, I was inspired by Marshawn Lynch. He was such a great hard working running back, and that motivated me to do the same.
What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
To get hyped up pregame I listen to Meek Mill.
What is your offseason training like?
I’ve been training 2-3 times 4 days a week, working on strength, speed, and change in direction.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory would have to be scoring 7 touchdowns in a game in junior football.
What was your reaction to getting your first offer?
I was very shocked and excited, at first it didn’t feel real but after a couple days it really hit me that I had an opportunity to play D1 college football for free.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is pasta.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
It would be Michael Jordan because I’d really like to know how he felt and stayed dedicated throughout his process of becoming great.
