Who are some role models in your life?
My mom and dad are my biggest role models. My mom is my number one supporter—she motivates me to work hard and be the best I can be. My dad is my mentor and greatest influence. He teaches me how to be a great man and how to apply life lessons to football. They’ve both shaped who I am today.
What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
I listen to all kinds of music before a game, but one thing never changes—the last song I play is always “Hit ’Em Up” by 2Pac. It gets me locked in and ready to dominate.
What are the strengths of your game?
My biggest strength is my versatility. I come downhill hard, I can cover in man or zone, and I don’t let anything get behind me. Being able to do all of that as a defensive back makes me a threat all over the field.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
One that really stands out is from our game against Paraclete. It was third-and-short, and we desperately needed a stop. I read a five-yard hitch, jumped the route, and made a diving interception to flip the momentum and get our offense back on the field.
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Don’t be afraid to be different. If people around you are skipping workouts or cutting corners, be the one who always shows up and puts in the work. Stay consistent, stay locked in, and outwork everyone.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I’d travel to Mecca, Saudi Arabia. That’s the homeland, and it’s a place I’ve always wanted to visit.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I’ve been around football since I was two years old. My dad founded the Nation Titans, a top-tier youth program that’s known for producing elite players. I told everyone I wanted to go to the NFL when I was four, and I’ve been chasing that dream ever since.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I’d love to meet Kobe Bryant. His mentality—his drive to be great—pushes me every day. He showed the world that talent means nothing without relentless work ethic.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
It wasn’t just as a fan—it was as a recruit. Being at the Oregon vs. Washington game recently was unforgettable.
