Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?
Growing up I was always inspired by Peyton Manning. Ever since I can remember I’ve been a fan of his and watching him got me excited about football. Peyton Manning is definitely the person who comes to mind when I’m asked what NFL players I was inspired by.
What high school is your biggest rival?
If you ask my High School who our biggest rival is the answer you would most likely get is Neville HS who is just across the river from our school. But if you ask me I would say Zachary hs. They knocked out my older brother at home in his playoff run and I was a freshman. So watching that happen live put a chip on my shoulder. The next year I was a sophomore and we made it to the state championship game against Zachary. It was a very close game and came down to one play and we lost the game.
What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
Before games I like to listen to just anything that make me want to run through a wall. I usually just put on pandora and let it play. But right before I go out for warm ups I listen to our walk out song “In the Air Tonight”

During the off-season we do the usual spring and summer training. I trained with former ULM tight end (Harley Scioneaux) who has helped me a ton on route running and getting my combine times down.
What is your favorite memory of your high school career?
My favorite high school memory is for sure the time that we played McGill Toolen. They had the game all wrapped up all they had to do was kneel the ball. They decided to hang the ball off and our defense stripped the ball and took it for 6. We ended up winning in overtime.
What parts of your high school game, do you hope to transition to the college level?
Anyone who knows me and my style knows that I’m that big physical blocking tight end. I’ve been called a “wide tackle” a time or two. I know I still have to work on that in college but I also want people to think of me as that do it all guy.
What made Louisiana Monroe stand out from other schools?
ULM is home for me and they use their tight ends a lot. Their tight end now Josh Pederson is a potential All American this year and has leader in receiving TD’s for ULM. So that fires me up.
What do you want to accomplish on and off the field during your time at ULM?
At ULM I would love to make a name for myself. When you think of ULM football I want fans to talk about that tight end Rylan Green. Off of the field I want to graduate from business school and be an entrepreneur.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
