Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?
Growing up I always wanted to be like Aaron Rodgers because of his leadership and the way he projects himself on the field. He also is really cool and calm when he leads his team.
What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
My three go to songs before a game are Neighborhood Superstars by Dababy and NBA YoungBoy, Love Sosa by Chief Keef, and believe it or not, I listen to No Ordinary Love by Sade.
What is your offseason training like?
I have strength and conditioning on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s with Tye Coleman of Boss up academy and QB workouts on Wednesday’s with Madei Williams. I also study and do lots of book work using QBIQ. I also wake up early in the morning and either lift or run every weekday. I recently started track and field training too.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory is me and my closest friends playing together. Nothing gets better than that because when you get older you probably won’t play with them ever again. So my favorite memory is standing beside my best friends on game day.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best player I have played against would be Jack Harris who plays Offensive Line and Defensive Line and is going to the Hun School in NJ. The best player I have played with would be Nate Bailey who is an amazing Wide Receiver and Defensive Back, and he goes to St Joe’s Regional Montvale.
How old were you when you started playing football?
When I first started playing football I was 4 years old. I started with flag football.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite foods are tacos and burritos.
When did you realize you were talented at football?
I realized how talented I was after my season last year. I always knew I was a pretty good player but after camps this spring and summer and all the recognition and attention I got, it hit me that I was actually really good. Being one of the first 8th graders selected to the Under Armour All American game really made it real for me. I’m pretty humble so I just work hard and do my best.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I would want to meet Kobe Bryant because of his attitude, toughness, mentality, and how smart he is. I would ask him for advice and how he went through the adversity of it all, how hard it was to get to where he is.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
Watching Joe Burrow lead his team in the to a win in the AFC Championship game. That was a nail biter and I was on the edge of my seat as a Joe Burrow fan and a QB.
