Who are some role models in your life?

My dad is my biggest role model, he does everything for me and my brother. As a single parent, he works 10 hours a day at his car dealership, while also providing the time to make sure my brother and I are eating right. He cooks us breakfast in the morning before school, makes our lunches, and makes us dinner every night. He makes sure I’m able to attend as many camps as possible by either driving me or paying someone to drive me. One night, I was sitting with my dad at the kitchen table talking about life, a few days after his dad had passed away. I remember him telling me, “you and your brother are all that I got, you kids are my world”. That was when I was able to really grasp the idea of why and how he does so much for us. My grandfather has also had one of the biggest influences on my life, and I write his initials on my cleats to honor him.
