Conner Roulette is among one of the best young NHL prospects in the world. Roulette is projected as a mid first round pick in the upcoming 2021 NHL Draft.

Growing up, were you inspired by any NHL Players?

Growing up I was inspired by Sidney Crosby, he was such a great player on and off the ice and just a great example for young kids.

What team is your biggest rival?

my biggest rival would probably be the Portland Winter Hawks, because we play each other so much and we always have good tough games against one another, so I’d say Portland.

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

 I don’t really have a preference of songs I listen to before the game, I like to keep loose and listen to whatever the team is listening to. But I like country and rock before games mostly.

What is your offseason training like?

My offseason training is definitely hard working and driven to get better, I like to work on specific assets of my body and get better. This off season has been my biggest off season so far.

What is your favorite memory of your career, so far?

My favorite moment so far in my career would definitely be my first WHL hat trick, best night of my life.

What parts of your game, do you hope to transition to the NHL?

If I make the NHL I would hope to transition my scoring ability , I’ve always been a player who loved to score and be a guy who puts up numbers.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

I would definitely meet Sidney Crosby, he was my child hood hero and I would learn so much from him. He is someone I’ve always wanted to meet and play with/against him.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

 My favorite sports moment as a fan would be the back to back Stanley cups from the penguins, I’m a bit pens fan and seeing them win and my family so happy. Definitely my favorite moment as a fan.

If you were on a deserted island, what is one thing you can’t live without?

 If I was on an island I wouldn’t be able to live without hockey. Hockey isn’t just a game , it’s a part of my life and it’s what brought me here today and I wouldn’t be anywhere without it.

What did you do to keep yourself busy during quarantine?

During quarantine I had a couple buddies to live with and we just spent a lot of time playing video games and working out in the home gym, we had some good times and took advantage of the rest time I had.
