One Of Maryland´s Top Dual Sport Athletes: Jeff Exinor Jr

Jeff Exinor Jr is a 2025 recruit who plays Shooting Guard and Defensive End at The McDonogh School. Exinor is ranked among one of the Top recruits in the class of 2025 for football and basketball. Jeff currently holds football offers from, Penn State, Virginia Tech, Boston College, and Marshall, while also holding a basketball offer from Siena.

Growing up, were you inspired by any NBA Players?

I was inspired mainly by Lebron. Mainly due to his ability to do everything on the floor.

What school is your biggest rival?

Gilman since it’s our school rival

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

There’s many, but right now Harley Quinn by Chief Keef

What is your offseason training like?

Due to football and AAU there´s not much time to train, but I do a lot of lifting and skill training.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

Definitely my last 8th grade tournament, when we won down in Louisville

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

Jarace Walker. He’s a man amongst boys

What is your favorite food?

My favorite food has got to be any type of Shrimp or Crabs.

When did you realize you were talented at basketball?

Probably last year when all the skills that I’ve been working on for years started to shine

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

Definitely Lebron

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

Maybe Ray Allen´s three pointer with the Heat or Lebrons block
