Trent Page is a 2024 recruit who plays Defensive End at Minnehaha Academy. In addition, Page is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Minnesota and is listed among one of the top Defensive Ends in the state of Minnesota. He holds offers from schools such as Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Who are some role models in your life?
My grandma is a huge role model in my life. I take most of my visits with her, and she’s always been there for me for anything!
What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
I love J. Cole, Uzi, and Kendrick pre-game.
What are the strengths of your game?
My biggest strengths are probably my length, get off, and game preparation.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory of my career was probably our homecoming game this year. Sellout crowd, and me and the guys played fantastic and got a shutout.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best player I’ve ever played with is Chase Carter, and against is Emmett Johnson. Both are all time Minnesota greats!
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
My advice would be to stay focused on yourself and what you can control. It can be easy to get frustrated with all the noise and naysayers, so as much as you can focus on yourself and your dream.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I’ve loved football for as long as I can remember. I remember playing catch and Madden with my big brother since I was extremely young. It’s always been my game.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
If I could meet one sports hero, it would probably be Alan Page. He took the career path I am aiming to take, being a hall of fame NFL player and becoming a Supreme Court Justice! We also share a last name, which is cool.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports moment as a fan was the Minneapolis Miracle. Really wish we could’ve went all the way that year.
