Milton’s Star Sophomore Tight End: Grant Haviland

Grant Haviland is a 2027 recruit who plays Tight End at Milton High School. Haviland is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked among one of the top Tight Ends in the class as well. In addition, Haviland is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Georgia and is listed among one of the top Tight Ends in the state of Georgia. He holds offers from schools such as Florida State, South Carolina and Cincinnati.

Some role models in my life are my mom and dad.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

I listen to Future to get hyped up before games.

What are the strengths of your game?

Some strength of my game are definitely my ability to make hard catches, my blocking and my route running.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

My favorite memory is winning the state championship against Walton.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

The best player l’ve ever played with is Luke Nickel.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

I would tell them to not compare themselves or how they are being recruited to other players in their class.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

If I could travel anywhere I would go to Switzerland.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

I was in 5th grade when I fell in love with the game.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

If I could meet one sports hero l would meet George Kittle.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

My favorite sports moment was when the Detroit Lions made it to the NFC Championship last year.
