Alan Blackshere is a 2027 recruit who plays Safety at Miami Norland High School. Blackshere is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked among one of the top Safeties in the class as well. In addition, Blackshere is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Florida and is listed among one of the top Safeties in the state of Florida. He holds offers from schools such as Florida State, Auburn and Nebraska.

Who are some role models in your life?
My mom and my uncle are my biggest role models. They’ve always supported me and helped shape who I am, on and off the field.

What artists do you listen to pregame to get hyped up?
Pregame, I listen to Rio—especially his song “Legendary.” It gets me in the zone.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
Catching a one-handed interception is my favorite memory so far. That moment was unforgettable.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or against?
The best player I’ve ever played with is my cousin, Malachi Toney. We’ve had a lot of great moments together.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Work hard and stay humble. That’s the best combo for long-term success.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I’d go to Oregon—it’s where my dream school is.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I fell in love with football at 6 years old. It just made me happy every time I played.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I’d love to meet Travis Hunter or Sauce Gardner.
