McKinley’s Star Sophomore: Javier Moore

Javier Moore is a 2027 recruit who is an Athlete at McKinley High School. Moore is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked among one of the top Athletes in the class as well. In addition, Moore is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Ohio and is listed among one of the top Athletes in the state of Ohio. He currently holds an offer from Kentucky.

Who are some role models in your life?
Some role models in my life are my coaches and the upperclassmen in my position group. They’ve shown me the ropes and helped me grow.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
I listen to Rylo Rodriguez and YoungBoy Never Broke Again to get hyped up before a game.

What are the strengths of your game?
The strengths of my game are my adaptability, confidence, speed, and athleticism. I pride myself on being versatile and quick on the field.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory is being on the field when one of my teammates finally got the chance to show what they can do and made a big play. It was a proud moment for all of us.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or against in your career?
The best player I’ve ever played with is Antonio Stevens. He’s a hard worker, a smart player, and it’s a lot of fun being on the field with him.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Work harder than your peers. If you want something, go take it. You’ll never achieve your goals if you waste time doing nothing.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I’d travel to Hawaii to experience the amazing culture.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I started playing football at 12, and I fell in love with the game instantly.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I would love to meet Ray Lewis. He’s a legend, and I grew up watching his clips daily.
