Leesburg’s Star Freshman Tackle: Trintin Thomas

Trintin Thomas is a 2026 recruit who plays Offensive Tackle at Leesburg High School. Thomas is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2026 and is ranked among one of the top Offensive Tackles in the class as well. In addition, Thomas is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Florida and is listed among one of the top Offensive Tackles in the state of Florida. He currently holds an offer from Morgan State.

Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?

Growing up, I was always inspired by Ray Lewis. Once he retired, I became inspired by Trent Williams.

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

I like to listen to some of my local rappers.  Trapp Lo, 420 Stunna, and or 1dk23, Lil Baby, 42 Dugg, and Rod Wave

What is your offseason training like?

My offseason training is intense, 5-6 days a week 

What is your favorite memory of your career?

My favorite would be playing against Winter Park in the 12u playoffs, it was a night game and there was a big crowd.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

I would say Jareylan McCoy a Defensive End from Mississippi is the best player I’ve ever played against.

What was your reaction to getting your first offer?

I was hyped. I found out right before school and didn’t tell anyone but my trainer. It was crazy.

What is your favorite food?

Barbecue

Covid summer

LeBron James
