Jordan Young is a 4 Star recruit who plays Cornerback at Lakeland High School. Young is ranked as the 298th best recruit in the class of 2027 and is ranked as a top 40 Cornerback in the class as well. In addition, Young is listed as a top 40 recruit in the state of Florida and is listed as a top 10 Cornerback in the state of Florida. He holds offers from schools such as Wake Forest, SMU and USF.

A role model in my life is my dad and my brothers.

My strength is man-to-man coverage.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory in football is playing with my brother when he picked me up after I got an interception.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or against in your career?
The best player I’ve played with is my brother, and the best player I’ve played against is Dallas Wilson.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Chase your dream. People are going to hate, but you’ve got to let them hate—that’s what they do.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
If I could go anywhere, I would go to London.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I was 8 years old when I actually fell in love with football.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I would want to meet Jalen Ramsey.
