Knoxville Catholic’s Star Defensive End: Trevor Duncan
Trevor Duncan is a 4 Star recruit who plays Defensive End at Knoxville Catholic High School. Duncan is ranked among one of the top recruits in the nation and is ranked among the top 30 Defensive Ends in the nation as well. In addition, Duncan is listed as a top 20 recruit in the state of Tennessee and is listed as the #1 Defensive End in the state of Tennessee. Trevor Duncan is committed to play at Tennessee next fall.
Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?
Growing up, I always loved to watch JJ Watt. In the recent years I’ve loved watching the Bosa brothers.
What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
Usually I’ll listen to some classic rock (AC/DC, Metallica, Motley Crue, Guns N’ Roses, etc).
What is your offseason training like?
I’ll lift about 6 days a week and do speed and agility training 3-4 days a week.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
I would say freshman year playing on ESPN with my brother
Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
I think the best player I’ve played with is Tyler Baron.
What was your reaction to getting your first offer?
Me and my family were all super pumped.
What is your favorite food?
I’ve got to go with chicken wings.

I would say when I started first string freshman year
