Julius Ellens is a 3 Star recruit who plays Wide Receiver at Glenbard West High School. Ellens is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2024 and is ranked among one of the top Wide Receivers in the class as well. In addition, Ellens is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Illinois and is listed among one of the top Wide Receivers in the state of Illinois. He holds offers from schools such as Army, Air Force, and Eastern Michigan.

My parents and my Head Coach Chad Hetlet.

What are the strengths of your game?

Speed, footwork, ball control, and route running

What is your favorite memory of your career?

Scoring 5 touchdowns and having over 300 all purpose yards against one of the best programs in the state (Marist).

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

The best player I’ve played with is my teammate Chris Terek. The best player I’ve played against is Jake Sciana from Lincoln Way East.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

Stay positive, work hard, be a good teammate, and help others

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

The Bahamas

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

As far back as I can remember, 3-4 years old.

Walter Payton or Devin Booker

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

Watching my high school basketball team win the state championship last year.
