Jesiah Fields is a 2027 recruit who plays Defensive Tackle at Corvian Community High School. Fields is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked among one of the top Defensive Tackles in the class as well. In addition, Fields is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of North Carolina and is listed among one of the top Defensive Tackles in the state of North Carolina. He holds offers from schools such as Georgia, USC and Florida.
Who are some role models in your life?
My biggest role models are my family. They’ve supported me every step of the way and helped shape who I am today.
What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
Rod Wave is my go-to. His music gets me in the zone and mentally locked in before every game.
What are the strengths of your game?
I’m quick off the ball, I’ve got strong hands, and I pride myself on being able to read a play before it even develops.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
Playing in the state championship was unforgettable. Just being on that stage with my teammates is something I’ll always remember.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or against in your career?
AJ Jackson Jr. is one of the best I’ve played with. He’s not only a great player, but also a great leader who brings energy to every game.
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Work hard when nobody’s watching. That kind of quiet grind is what separates good from great.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I’d love to travel to Jamaica. It seems like such a peaceful and beautiful place.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I fell in love with football when I was about five years old. Ever since then, it’s been my passion.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I’d love to meet Reggie White. He played the game with power and purpose, and he was a true leader on and off the field.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports moment as a fan was watching the Carolina Panthers make it to the Super Bowl.
