Sam Walker is a 4 Star recruit who plays Interior Offensive Line at Central High School. Walker is ranked as the 110th best recruit in the class of 2028 and is ranked as a top 10 Interior Offensive Lineman in the class as well. In addition, Walker is listed as a top 20 recruit in the state of Georgia and is listed as the #2 Interior Offensive Lineman in the state of Georgia. His top 10 schools are Alabama, Georgia, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Florida State, Tennessee, Auburn, Kentucky, South Carolina and Georgia Tech.

Who are some role models in your life?
The role models in my life are definitely my mom and dad. They push me to be a better person every day.

What artists do you listen to pregame to get you hyped up?
I definitely have to listen to YoungBoy Never Broke Again and Young Thug. They get me hyped and ready to play.

What are the strengths of your game?
My strengths are definitely my physical strength, the punch I bring, and, most importantly, my eyes.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory is my first varsity start during my freshman year.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
I played with Jonaz Walton, my running back who now plays for the University of Notre Dame. It was definitely a blessing to be able to block for him.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Never give up on your dreams. If you truly mean what you say and really want to play at the D1 level, keep working and stay committed to your goals.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would probably go to Jamaica.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I was 5 years old when I fell in love with the game. I knew it was for me.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I would want to meet Trent Williams.
